Not a very good one though as he gets his customers really really drunk and when they pass out he takes pictures of them then he shares the pictures with his friends and they all have a good laugh at his victims !!!!!

When he's not getting his customers too drunk to stay conscious he tries his hand at being a public safety advocate, he's made Facebook pages and virulently supports and promotes breed specific legislation intentionally sharing dangerously misleading meme's like the one below;
Choose your pets wisely.
Obviously William is not a real good public safety advocate either?
The fact is some 30 breeds/types of dogs have been involved in fatal attacks on humans and the Border Collie is one of them breeds.

In the last decade 128 people mainly young children and elderly citizens have fallen victim to non pit bull type dogs under breed specific legislation and the fatalities due to dog attack have been well above average for the last two years consecutively in spite of the millions of pit bulls killed in that time period the death toll still rises.

All the worlds legitimate public safety organizations, groups & advocates promote the Calgary Model which has drastically reduced both the bite instances and the fatalities everywhere it's been enacted.
Reject Bsl and protect the community from all dangerous dogs.
